Meet Our Members

Ann Rodenberg is Flutitude! Flute Choir's Historian.

She is a graduate of French High School in Beaumont, Texas, and earned a Bachelor of Music Education from the University of North Texas in Denton.

Since 2012, Ann has served as an Administrative Specialist I in the Lifestyle and Community Learning Department at Tarrant County College Northeast Campus, where she supports lifelong learning opportunities for the community.

Ann returned to the flute after a hiatus of more than 30 years, having devoted much of her musical attention to the bassoon after falling in love with the instrument during high school. At the encouragement of her daughter, Alannah Schoonover, a fellow member of Flutitude! Flute Choir. Ann joined the world of flute choirs in 2010 and has been an enthusiastic participant ever since.

In addition to performing with Flutitude! Flute Choir, Ann currently plays bassoon with the Tarrant County College Northeast Campus Symphonic Band and the TCC Orchestra.

Outside of music, Ann enjoys scrapbooking and volunteered to document and showcase Flutitude! Flute Choir's journey through this creative medium, preserving memories and celebrating the ensemble's accomplishments.
